From time to time you may need to submit a Warranty Claim for your product.
No stress! We work with great companies that help make a warranty request a breeze.
As always, we are happy to help, simply just contact us on a channel that suits you, ensure you let us know what product it is, when you bought it and some supporting images and description of the problem at hand.
Alternatively, some manufacturers are happy for you to deal direct with them - the choice is yours! But NZ Offroader is here to help should you need!
Just note, that we do not get forwarded any information on your claim direct with a manufacturer, so please forward us all information if you require us to assist.
